The doctor told Kim and Kroy chillingly, “That’s definitely a red flag.” Things started to get real when the doctor told Kim, “Some of the symptoms you’re having are not normal,” and encouraged further testing. The season wrapped up with text on the screen telling us that Kim is continuing with heart testing at various hospitals in Atlanta. It also, sadly, revealed that Kroy was signed and then later released by the Buffalo Bills.
